Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at support@dewlightskincare. Request for item replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery date shown on tracking information.

Email subject line: (ex. Wrong Item Received- Order #1002)

Please include a clear photo of the unopened incorrect item, first and last name, shipping address, and order number. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We work quickly and efficiently to get your items shipped. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurred during shipment. 

Lost Packages

We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for any losses or thefts. If you encounter this issue, we recommend filing a domestic claim with UPS. Products purchased and shipped with Route Protection may be eligible for insurance coverage for lost items during transit. UPS will determine the outcome of your claim.
