Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES:

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email (be sure to check your spam and junk mail), please email support@dewlightskincare.com for a shipping update.

Shipping times may be delayed during restocks, new releases, sales and special promotions.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

ADDRESS CHANGES

The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using PO box shipping address due to possible shipping restrictions. If you need to update your shipping address, email support@dewlightskincare.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package. 

LOCAL ORDER PICK-UP

For those who are located locally in Charlotte, NC and would like to pick up an order(s), select Pick Up as the option in Checkout Page. Usually pick up order will be ready within 24 hours, you will be contacted via email or phone to schedule a specific date/time to pick up order. Be sure to bring your email confirmation of order purchased.
